OptimCamp sells digital Data Studio dashboard templates. A purchase is for access to the template associated with that order, not for a physical shipment.
Checkout and your information
To place an order, you must provide a first name, last name, email address, phone number, full address, and postal code. You are responsible for submitting accurate details. OptimCamp uses the email you provide as the destination for template access after payment is verified.
Payment methods, order acceptance, and verification
Checkout lets you choose one of two intended payment methods: an international payment gateway, or USDT. Selecting a method records your preference on a pending order. Payment is not complete when the checkout form is submitted.
An order is accepted only after OptimCamp can verify that payment for that order succeeded. Until then, the order remains unpaid and pending. OptimCamp does not treat a form submission, a pending payment record, or an unverified transfer as a completed purchase.
Access after verified payment
After payment is verified, OptimCamp grants the purchaser access to the purchased Data Studio template using the purchaser's email. Template access is not granted for unpaid, failed, or unverified payments.
Once access has been granted, the purchaser may make unlimited copies of that template and use those copies without a per-project, per-client, per-business, per-device, seat, or copy-count limit. OptimCamp does not issue license keys and does not apply technical seat or copy enforcement.
This describes the purchaser's ability to copy and use the template they received. It does not transfer OptimCamp's ownership or copyright in the original product.
Data Studio and other third-party services
Templates are used inside Google Data Studio and typically connect to data sources such as Google Analytics 4 that you control. OptimCamp does not operate those third-party services and cannot guarantee that they will remain unchanged, available, or compatible with a given template forever.

For setup and template-related questions, use the Support page. Do not send card numbers, wallet private keys, seed phrases, or other payment secrets to OptimCamp.
