After access has been delivered
Once payment is verified and access to the purchased template has been granted to the purchaser's email, the purchase is generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, except where required by applicable law.
After access is delivered, the purchaser can copy and retain the digital template. The product cannot practically be returned in the way a physical item can be returned.
Duplicate payment or duplicate charge
If a duplicate payment or duplicate charge is verified, OptimCamp may review the case and issue a refund for the duplicated amount.
Verified payment without access
If payment is verified as successful but access to the purchased template was not delivered, OptimCamp will first try to resolve the access or delivery problem. If access cannot be provided, the case may be reviewed for a refund.
Failed or pending payment
If a payment is failed or still pending, but you believe funds were deducted, OptimCamp will investigate the actual payment status with the relevant payment method before deciding whether a refund is due.
Applicable law
This is OptimCamp's commercial refund policy. It does not override mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
