Information collected at checkout
When you submit the checkout form, OptimCamp requires:
- first name
- last name
- email address
- phone number
- full address
- postal code
The form may also show an optional company or agency name and a checkbox about saving details. Those optional fields are not currently stored as part of the order record.
How this information is used
OptimCamp uses the checkout information to:
- create or update a customer record for the order
- create a pending order and payment record
- coordinate payment when a payment method is available
- deliver template access to the purchaser's email after payment is verified
- respond to support requests about an order or template
Email is the identifier used to find an existing customer and the destination used for template access after verified payment.
What is stored for an order
A submitted checkout can create a customer record, an unpaid pending order, line items for the selected template, and a pending payment record that includes the selected method (international payment gateway or USDT). Prices stored on the order are determined by OptimCamp, not by amounts typed in the browser.
What OptimCamp does not collect
Checkout does not collect card numbers, CVV codes, wallet private keys, seed phrases, or other payment secrets. OptimCamp does not currently send checkout data to an external payment provider because payment integrations are not live.
Dashboard templates run in your own Data Studio account and connect to data sources you control. OptimCamp does not receive your Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar business-data contents through that connection.
Browser storage on this site
The site may keep cart contents in your browser so you can continue an order on the same device. An idempotency key may be stored temporarily in the browser during checkout to reduce duplicate order submissions. These are browser storage features on this site, not a separate advertising-cookie platform.
This website does not currently include a third-party analytics, advertising-pixel, or cookie-banner implementation.
